Academic Governance: Directs the implementation of the autonomous academic calendar, syllabus structure, and continuous assessment schemes for Second-Year (SY) B.Tech students in AI-DS & ML.

Student Academic Tracking: Monitors student attendance, academic performance, and course outcome (CO-PO) achievements to ensure smooth progression through the autonomous curriculum.

Operational Coordination: Acts as the primary liaison between faculty, department leadership, and students to oversee class scheduling, lab sessions, and academic mentoring.

Managed accreditation processes aligned with NBA standards, including documentation, data collection, and continuous quality improvement initiatives to ensure academic excellence.

Leads and manages all IEEE Student Branch activities, membership drives, and technical events within the department.
